**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Property Management**: Oversee and manage the acquisition, leasing, and sales of properties.
- **Client Relations**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their property needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- **Negotiations**: Lead negotiations for property sales and leases, ensuring favorable terms for the company or clients.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and related documentation for accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other real estate agents, legal teams, and marketing departments to ensure smooth operations.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all real estate activities comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- **Networking**: Participate in industry events, develop professional networks, and represent the company in various client-facing engagements.
- **Financial Analysis**: Assist in evaluating financial data related to property investments and provide insights for decision-making.
- **Performance Reporting**: Maintain regular reports on sales, leases, and market developments.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. [Master’s degree preferred]
- **Experience**: Minimum 1year of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or management.
- **Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,195.24 - ₹37,730.38 per month
