- **Patient Registration**: Collecting and entering patient information into the hospital's system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- **Insurance Verification**: Verifying patient insurance coverage and processing insurance-related paperwork.
- **Billing and Payment Processing**: Assisting patients with billing inquiries, processing payments, and providing financial counseling when needed.
- **Maintaining Records**: Ensuring that patient records and other administrative documents are accurately maintained and updated.
- **Coordinating with Other Departments**: Collaborating with other hospital departments to ensure smooth patient flow and coordination of services.
- **Adhering to Policies and Regulations**: Following hospital policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
- **Customer Service**: Providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors, addressing their concerns and ensuring a positive experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
