**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans and instructional materials that align with curriculum standards and objectives.
- **Classroom Instruction**: Deliver engaging and interactive instruction in Hindi language and literature to secondary level students, using a variety of teaching methods and techniques.
- **Language Proficiency**: Foster students' proficiency in Hindi through speaking, listening, reading, and writing activities, ensuring that all language skills are developed effectively.
- **Literature Appreciation**: Introduce students to a variety of Hindi literary works, including poetry, prose, and drama, and facilitate discussions to enhance their understanding and appreciation of Hindi literature.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Design and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and achievement, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
- **Cultural Awareness**: Promote cultural awareness and appreciation by integrating elements of Indian culture, history, and tradition into the curriculum.
- **Extracurricular Activities**: Organize and participate in extracurricular activities such as Hindi language competitions, literary events, and cultural festivals to enrich students' learning experiences.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Hindi or related field. B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification is required.
- Previous experience teaching Hindi at the secondary level, preferably in a CBSE or ICSE affiliated school.
- Deep knowledge of Hindi language and literature, including grammar, vocabulary, and literary genres.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Hindi and English.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
