Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare a variety of sandwiches, wraps, paninis, and salads according to customer orders and recipes.
- Follow established guidelines for portion control, presentation, and quality standards to ensure consistency.
- Handle and prepare a variety of ingredients, including meats, cheeses, vegetables, and condiments, with attention to freshness and food safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management to restock supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, including proper storage, handling, and labeling of food products.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, slicers, and food processors safely and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.
- Follow opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service environment preferred.
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and kitchen safety procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
