**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services, identify their needs, and generate sales leads.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, trade shows, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services to meet their needs.
- Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and availability.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, including calls made, deals closed, and customer interactions, using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for maximizing sales opportunities and achieving revenue targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets..

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)
