Purpose

Key Responsibilities:
1) Review of Budgets/Forecasts

2) Providing Financial report to Project Manager.

3) Prepare Project cost status report and submit periodically.

4) Assist in Project closure(Soft/Permanent)

5) Assist in Billing of IC Project invoices

6) Interaction/Co-ordination with procurement, Finance and Business for the details required for Project Accounting activities.

7) Work In progress, Unbilled Analysis

8) Month closing Project Accounting Activities-Order Flow, Warranty Prov and Loss making provision reconciliations etc.

9) Updating of Process documentation

10) Process Improvements

.Education and Experience

Graduation related to finance and accounts i.e. B.Com, (Accounts, Corporate, Honors), BA(Corporate Secretaryship), M.Com.

10 yrs (experience in FP&A preferably in Project Accounting and Controlling Functions)

Knowledge, Skill and Capabilities
- Good communication skills, Experience in Oracle ERP
- Demonstrate good listening and comprehension skill
- MS Office Applications like Excel, Word and Power Point etc.
- Good quantitative and analytical skills
- Should be a team player with good interpersonal skills
