**Note: WE NEED LOCAL GRADUATES FROM PALIGANJ, MASAURHI, RATNI FARIDPUR, KURTHA, KARPI, AND ARWAL. THEY CAN BE FROM ANY PANCHAYAT WITHIN THESE BLOCKS.**

**About the Role**:
A **Swasthya Sahayak/ Shiksha Mitra** plays a vital role in connecting people from the community to the healthcare system.
You’ll act as a friendly guide and support for those who need help navigating hospitals, understanding treatment options, or participating in health check-ups and awareness activities.
By working closely with doctors, nurses, medical students, and local residents, you’ll help create a healthier and more informed community.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- **Build Relationships**: Be a bridge between community members and hospital staff, helping both sides communicate clearly and respectfully.
- **Health Surveys & Check-Ups**: Conduct regular health surveys, keep accurate records, and help organize routine check-ups.
- **Community Mobilization**: Identify those in need of care and guide them to the right services. Encourage participation in health programs and awareness campaigns.
- **Support Health Camps**: Help organize and run health camps with medical students—managing logistics, guiding attendees, and supporting follow-up care.
- **Patient Support**: Assist in scheduling appointments, diagnostic tests, and follow-ups, making sure patients feel supported every step of the way.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Minimum graduation** with any stream, Medical stream/work is a plus.
- Friendly and empathetic nature with good communication skills in the local language.
- Basic **knowledge of healthcare systems** (training will be provided) from the institute side.
- Organized, dependable, and passionate about helping others.
- Able to work well with teams and maintain clear records.
