- Key Account manager for overseas customer as well as domestic customer (OEM).
- Project management for new program launches with OEMS starting with the sales proposals, RFQ & commercial proposals, sales plan with regular supply chain.
- Handling RFQs and New Business development.
- Monitoring and planning shipments for on time delivery.
- Preparing, Monitoring & achieving Business plan of assigned territory.
- Demand Planning & forecasting from customers.
- Regularly monitoring customer EDI and planning accordingly.
- Responsible for Export & Domestic Dispatch, Scheduling & all Logistic activities for international & domestic customers.
- Guiding & Mentoring team members to ensure efficiency in process operations.
- Ensure timely receipt of receivables of the respective organization.
- Searching new customers for new business development
- Developed and maintained internal & external relationship, which were crucial to company enhancement and success.
- Maintain all the required MIS data (reports) for Management.
- Coordinate with our PPC/Production department to achieve customer requirements.
- Negotiation & Coordination with Freight forwarder/shipping agents
