The Associate Site Merchandiser plays a crucial role in driving online sales and maximizing website performance. This role focuses on analyzing website data, optimizing product presentation, and implementing strategies to improve customer experience and place campaigns
Key job responsibilities
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Website Analytics & Optimization**:
Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and sales data to identify areas for improvement.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and average order value.
Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize product pages, navigation, and site search.
Identify and implement strategies to improve website speed and mobile responsiveness.
**Product Presentation & Merchandising**:
Optimize product pages with compelling descriptions, high-quality images, and relevant keywords.
Develop and implement merchandising strategies, including product placement, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
Create and maintain website promotions, banners, and other marketing materials.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information is displayed on the website.
**Customer Experience**:
Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in the online shopping experience.
Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, customer service, technology) to enhance the customer journey.
Ensure website functionality and user experience are consistent across all devices.
**Reporting & Analysis**:
Prepare regular reports on website performance and key metrics.
Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, or any related quantitative field
