**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery**: Teach Hindi as per the CBSE syllabus for classes IX to XII, ensuring comprehensive coverage of grammar, literature, and language skills.
- **Classroom Management**: Create a positive and conducive learning environment through effective classroom management strategies. Encourage student participation and discipline.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**: Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and exams to track students’ progress. Provide feedback on assignments and projects.
- **Parent-Teacher Communication**: Regularly communicate with parents to discuss the progress, behavior, and overall development of students.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated with the latest teaching techniques, Hindi literature trends, and changes in the CBSE curriculum. Attend workshops and conferences as required.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Post-Graduate degree in Hindi (M.A. in Hindi or equivalent) along with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of teaching Hindi at the high school level in a CBSE-affiliated school.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong proficiency in spoken and written Hindi.
- In-depth knowledge of CBSE Hindi syllabus and exam patterns.
- Ability to teach Hindi literature, grammar, and composition.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Creative approach to teaching with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Proficient in the use of technology and digital tools for teaching.
- Ability to assess and monitor student progress effectively.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Passionate about teaching and dedicated to students' academic and personal development.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Additional certification in Hindi teaching or related fields.
