**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to introduce real estate projects and generate leads.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and maintaining follow-ups.
- Provide accurate property details including location, pricing, and features.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate meetings with the sales team.
- Maintain customer data and update records in the CRM system.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets through lead conversions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Prior telesales/telecalling experience (real estate preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to manage objections and customer queries confidently.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred) / 12th pass with relevant experience.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
