Job Title: Telecaller (Work from Office)
Location: [Swastik House Kandivali West near station ]

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to customers to promote products/services and generate leads.
2. Communicate effectively in Hindi, English, and one or more South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada).
3. Address customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
4. Maintain and update customer records using basic computer tools like MS Office or CRM software.
5. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the management.
6. Coordinate with the sales team for seamless lead conversion.
**Requirements**:
1. Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
2. Fluency in Hindi, English, and at least one South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada).
3. Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry, and CRM software knowledge preferred).
4. Prior experience in telecalling/customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
5. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work effectively under targets and deadlines.
