As an SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Executive, you will play a crucial role in optimizing online content to enhance the visibility and search engine rankings of our website. Your primary objective will be to implement effective SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, and monitor website performance to drive organic traffic and improve overall online presence.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Keyword Research and Analysis:

- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords.
- Analyze competitor keywords and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.

2. On-Page Optimization:

- Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and other on-page elements for search engines.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve user experience and site performance.

3. Content Strategy:

- Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with targeted keywords.
- Ensure content is engaging, informative, and optimized for search engines.

4. Link Building:

- Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to enhance link profile.

5. Technical SEO:

- Monitor and improve website speed, mobile-friendliness, and overall technical aspects affecting SEO.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve technical issues.

6. Analytics and Reporting:

- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO software to track website performance.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators and provide insights for continuous improvement.

7. Social Media Integration:

- Collaborate with social media teams to ensure alignment between SEO and social strategies.
- Optimize social media profiles for search engines.

8. Stay Updated:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO.
- Implement changes and adjustments to strategies based on evolving search engine algorithms.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
