**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Support**:

- Deliver and collect documents from clients, suppliers, and other business associates.
- Perform photocopying, filing, scanning, and binding of documents.
- Assist in managing inventory of office supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Run basic errands like purchasing office supplies or managing small office payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office and ensure supplies are available.
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors when required.
- **Field Work**:

- Visit banks for deposits, withdrawals, and other related activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, courier services, and other outside agencies.
- Make deliveries and pickups from various locations as directed by the office team.
- Handle small local purchases and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Accompany company staff to meetings or field assignments if necessary.
- **Support to Other Departments**:

- Assist with basic office-related tasks, such as moving or rearranging office furniture or equipment.
- Help coordinate simple administrative tasks for various departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum high school education (10th or 12th pass).
- Basic knowledge of reading, writing, and speaking in [insert local language and English].
- Familiarity with local geography and routes for efficient field work.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, photocopiers, etc.).
- Physically fit to handle field and manual tasks.
- Polite, punctual, and reliable.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities.

**Other Requirements**:

- Should have a valid driver’s license (if driving is required).
- Should be comfortable traveling around the city for fieldwork.

**Working Hours**:

- 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
- Flexible hours may be required based on the workload.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
