We are seeking an organized, energetic & results-driven
**"Marketing Executive"** for
**Vadodara **Location. This role requires you to oversee sales and distribution in your assigned region and work to grow your customer base. We need individuals with innate leadership qualities & someone who can maintain good client & vendor relationships

**Requirements**:
**Main KRA: ( 85% )**
- Handle inbound calls triggered by digital campaigns
- Data Enhancement - Update and build accurate & insightful customer records on CRM database
- Account Profiling - Analyze and map existing and new customers to identify key contacts, purchasing processes and decision makers within an organization
- Perform outbound Telemarketing activity on targeted data lists, targeting both new & existing customers.
- Reporting: Track campaign metrics versus predetermined goals. Other reports as required
- Perform marketing operations activities as required

**Other Responsibilities that can be assigned: ( 15% )**
- Social Media Posting & Sharing posts in other groups
- Moderate & Develop Partner Community

**Education and Experience Required**:

- Bachelors in Marketing, Business or related fields.
- 1- 3+ years Inbound/outbound sales experience (Telemarketing/ Renewal/ Call Center).
- Sales and/or channel experience is a plus.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Strong written/oral communications - English, Hindi
- Good experience with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask critical functions
- Knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.

Work closely with the Sales teams to grow revenue and ensure marketing generated pipeline targets are achieved.
