- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure that inventory is accurate and up-to-date, with regular cycle counts and audits.
- Manage, train, and develop store staff, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasks.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, ensuring clear communication and teamwork.
- Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to track goods and materials.
- Identify and address discrepancies in inventory records, and take corrective action as needed.
- Continuously review and improve store processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Implement best practices for storage, handling, and transportation of goods.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including the proper handling of hazardous materials.
- Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including scheduling and tracking shipments.
- Prepare regular reports on store performance, including inventory levels, order fulfillment, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities, including receipts, shipments, and transfers.
- Do analysis for issue related to tool, consumable and provide solution.
- Prepare monthly report for consumption and
- take countermeasure.
- Continual improvement to reduce cost.
- Store management with robust check in place for real time inventory status.
