**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate makeup styles and products.
- Stay updated with current makeup trends, techniques, and products.
- Create customized looks based on skin types, facial features, and client preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized makeup station, ensuring hygiene and sanitation standards are always met.
- Recommend and sell makeup and skincare products to clients.
- Collaborate with photographers, hairstylists, fashion designers, and models when needed.
- Manage time effectively to complete makeup sessions within allotted appointments.
- Train and mentor junior artists if required.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience as a Makeup Artist.
- Certification or diploma from a recognized beauty or makeup academy (preferred).
- Expertise in different makeup styles: bridal, editorial, fashion, theatrical, and special effects (SFX).
- Strong understanding of skin tones, facial structures, and color theory.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Preferred Skills (Bonus)**:

- Knowledge of skincare and basic dermatology.
- Airbrush makeup experience.
- Hairstyling skills (basic to advanced).
- Ability to work on-location for events.

**Work Environment**:

- Salon, studio, fashion shoots, events, weddings, and on-site locations.
- Flexible work schedule, including weekends, evenings, and travel when required.
