*Position: CA Inter - Senior Executive /AM

*Responsibilities:*

1. *Financial Reporting:*
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reports.

2. *Audit Assistance:*
- Support in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Collaborate with audit teams to address inquiries and implement recommendations.

3. *Tax Compliance:*
- Assist in the preparation and filing of various tax returns.
- Stay updated on tax regulations and ensure compliance.

4. *Budgeting and Forecasting:*
- Contribute to the budgeting process and assist in financial forecasting.
- Analyze budget variances and provide insights.

5. *Internal Controls:*
- Implement and monitor internal control procedures to safeguard financial assets.
- Identify areas for process improvement.

6. *Statutory Compliance:*
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Keep abreast of changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

7. *Financial Analysis:*
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Provide insights on cost control and profitability.

8. *System Implementation:*
- Participate in the implementation or enhancement of financial systems.
- Ensure data integrity and system functionality.

9. *Documentation and Record-Keeping:*
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
- Prepare documentation for financial transactions.

*Requirements:*

1. *Education:*
- CA Inter qualified or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

2. *Experience:*
- Relevant experience in accounting, audit, or finance.
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.

3. *Skills:*
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. *Certification:*
- Membership in a relevant professional accounting body.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
