**The Role**:
**Purpose & Accountabilities**:
The primary role will be to support the business performance management for the Supply (Products Commercial) which includes reporting, analysis & analytics activities, R&A deliverables, regional initiatives, collaborative skills & leading by example in terms of key company values e.g. 5 behavioral imperatives, HSSE, D&I and cost leadership.

The incumbent is expected to support Margin analysis and reporting requirements for Supply business.

The incumbent is expected to bring further structural progress in this space with support from R&A team (GSAP) and the onshore analytics team.

**Management Information, Planning and Analysis**:

- Financial Assurance including supporting to the Month Close activities and ensuring First Time Right.
- Balance Sheet analysis and Cash Flow reporting.
- Providing commentaries and analysis of business performance ensuring first quartile quality standards including understanding Business levers, Budgeting (Targets & Resources), Cost Leadership and Latest Estimates accuracy.
- Drive development/design of new MI and finance support processes.
- Continuous focus on improvement opportunities (ESSA) in process and content and identifies and actions opportunities to reduce complexity, promote best practice and provide focus on financial issues. Support resolution of the issues/bottlenecks in the reporting process.
- Initiate and implement innovative approaches to data analysis and reporting to ensure sufficient capacity and flexibility exist to meet demand from DS Trading and Supply Org.
- Stakeholder management
- Proactively manages relationships with the DS Trading and Supply Org.
- Keeps abreast of Business developments and Business performance drivers.

**Dimensions**:
This is a cluster role with responsibility for performance of portfolios for R&A MI & Analysis activities, in the Finance Operations Center.

**Key Relationships or Stakeholders include**:

- R&A Supply/Products Commercial Finance Advisors & Analysts (supporting the region/cluster/entity)
- FiB team (onshore) / Business leads / OST teams / C&N team / Local Process Teams
- Various SBOs support teams for T&S Process and Interface Teams / external from R&A teams
- Channel Optimizers

- Be a self-starter and results oriented
- Have aptitude for issue analysis in depth and problem solving
- Good communication skills verbal and written
- Excellent team player with strong customer focus
- Should have CI mindset looking for opportunities for improvements
- Bring structure to process and embed new ways of working, incl. develop process document, write work instructions etc.,
- Identify opportunities for further automation
- Support wider MI needs for supply business, e.g. further developing Integrated MI and scorecard
