Receptionist/ Tele Caller

We are looking for a **FEMALE Receptionist/ Tele caller** for Immigration with excellent Communication Skills for our office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greeting visitors: Welcoming visitors and clients, and directing them to their destinations.
- Answering phone calls: Answering and forwarding phone calls, and taking messages.
- Scheduling appointments: Scheduling and confirming appointments, and maintaining calendars.
- Handling mail: Sorting and delivering mail to employees.
- Providing customer service: Helping clients with questions and issues, and building relationships.
- Performing administrative tasks: Organizing filing systems, managing records, and overseeing internal calendars
**Skills**:
- Time management: Prioritizing tasks and completing projects on time.
- Computer skills: Basic understanding of computer programs like Microsoft Office, and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
