**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean and prepare surfaces of parts to be coated, ensuring they are free of dust, grease, and other contaminants.
- Perform necessary masking or taping to protect specific areas from coating as required.
- Set up and operate powder coating equipment including spray guns, booths, and ovens.
- Inspect coated parts for uniformity, adhesion, and coverage.
- Identify and rectify any defects or imperfections in the coating process.
- Monitor coating thickness and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on powder coating equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Clean and maintain spray guns, booths, and related tools to prevent contamination and ensure efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Properly handle and dispose of hazardous materials in accordance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of coating processes, including material usage, batch numbers, and production logs.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to quality control and production tracking.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
