**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor daily floor activities and manpower.
- Ensure compliance with production schedules and quality standards.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness on the floor.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Provide on-the-job training and support to technicians.
- Handle day-to-day technical issues and resolve them promptly.
- Report daily performance metrics to management.

**Selection Process**:

- **Round 1**: HR Interview (Communication & Background Check)
- **Round 2**: Technical Round (Knowledge & Practical Understanding)
