**Job Role**

A Wedding Planner is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of wedding events — from concept to completion — ensuring a memorable and flawless celebration.

**Qualifications**
- Graduate in **Hospitality Management / Event Management / Tourism / Mass Communication** or equivalent.
- Diploma or certification in **Event Planning** (preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Canva, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business).

**Experience**
- Minimum **1-2 years** experience in event or wedding planning (freshers with strong passion may also apply).
- Experience in **client communication**, **vendor management**, and **event coordination** preferred.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent **communication & interpersonal skills** (English & Hindi).
- Strong **organizational** and **time-management** abilities.
- Creative thinking for **theme design, décor ideas, and event flow**.
- Ability to handle **pressure and last-minute changes**.
- Team leadership and negotiation skills.

**Salary Range**

10,000 - 15,000 per month (depending on experience & event involvement)
