- _Conduct training programs for various audience groups, as and when required._
- _Design and deliver training programs that address training needs on an ongoing basis._
- _Execute roll out of training interventions including timelines_
- _Arrange training logistics (with support of Operations Support) and drive delivery of training._
- _Operational role, responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results within the job area and may also impact a wider operational area._
- _Able to identify problems and significantly improve, change or adapt existing methods and techniques._
- _Plan annual initiatives and training programs in discussion with senior management._
- _Identify and prioritize organization level training needs and programs in line with organization's strategy and vision._
- _1-2 years of experience with strong communication skills and keen to assist people with their learning and development with proven people management skills._
- S_elf-driven to handle the function independently.
- Designing and supplying a variety of training styles
- Managing budgets and managing people
- Confident in both written and spoken communication with the ability to present to large audiences
- Organizational and planning skills to manage your time and to meet deadlines and objectives
- Expected to travel to other locations at least 3-4 times in a year for 2-3 days as per training requirements.
- Personal commitment to improving your own knowledge and skills.

**Qualification**:

- 2+ Experience as a Training executive
- Experience working with International Curriculum
- Demonstrated ability to train faculty on pedagogy and soft skills for effective delivery of lessons to students
- Excellent communication skills
