Designation: Machine Operator

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate VMC and/or VTL CNC machine's as per process requirements
- Perform setup, tooling, and fixture adjustments
- Load/unload workpieces and monitor machine cycles
- Programming & Adjustments
- Interpret CNC programs (Fanuc / Siemens / other controls)
- Make necessary offset and tool corrections
- Assist in simple editing of CNC programs if required
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Inspect finished components using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, and CMM (if applicable)
- Ensure parts meet tolerance, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy
- Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on machines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S compliance)
- Follow safety protocols and report any abnormalities

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹20,500.00 per month
