Mrd Technician

Maintain and update patient records in physical and/or electronic systems (EMR).
- Classify, code, and index diagnoses and treatments for patient files using standard coding systems (ICD, CPT, etc.).
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of medical records.
- Retrieve files and documents requested by physicians, nurses, and other authorized personnel.
- Safeguard patient information and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA or relevant local privacy laws.
- Assist in audits and inspections related to record keeping and healthcare compliance.
- Archive and dispose of records as per hospital policy and legal retention schedules.
- Help in the preparation of statistical and administrative reports.
- Coordinate with billing and insurance departments for coding-related queries.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Health Information Management, Medical Record Technology, or related field.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and disease classification systems (e.g., ICD-10, CPT).
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
