We are looking for a member who can worked as Pest Controller, plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and healthy environment in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
**Designation** - Pest Controller
**Location** - Bandra East
**Education**:

- 10th
**Experience**:

- Fresher to 1 year
**Salary**:

- 10,000 + Over Time + Travelling Allowances

Key Responsibilities:

- **Inspection and Identification**:

- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify the presence and extent of pest infestations.
- Identify the specific type of pest causing the problem.
- **Treatment Planning**:

- Develop and implement pest management plans tailored to the specific needs of the client and the type of pest.
- Choose appropriate methods and chemicals for pest control, considering safety and environmental impact.
- **Application of Treatments**:

- Utilize traps, baits, fumigation, and other control methods as needed.
- **Preventive Measures**:

- Advise clients on preventive measures to avoid future infestations.
- Seal entry points and recommend maintenance practices to deter pests.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Follow safety protocols to protect themselves, clients, and the environment from harmful chemicals.
- Comply with local, state, and federal regulations regarding pest control practices and pesticide usage.
- **Customer Service**:

- Communicate effectively with clients, providing detailed information on the pest issue and the treatment plan.
- Address client concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction with the service provided.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of services provided, including inspection results, treatment plans, chemicals used, and follow-up actions.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Technical Knowledge**:

- Understanding of pest biology and behavior.
- Knowledge of various pest control methods and chemicals.
- **Physical Fitness**:

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces.
- **Attention to Detail**:

- Keen observation skills to identify signs of infestation and assess the effectiveness of treatments.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**:

- Ability to devise effective solutions for complex pest problems.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Clear and professional communication with clients and team members.
- **Licensing and Certification**:

- Most regions require pest control workers to be licensed and certified, which involves passing exams and completing continuing education.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
