GoodWorker is a joint venture between SchoolNet & LemmaTree (a 100% subsidiary of Temasek): we will talk about this in a bit, about how each of these names add to our story. We raised 35 Mn USD in late 2020. We then used 2021 to build our founding team (headquartered in Bangalore), invested in deep consumer & market research to understand the lives of blue-collar workers and identified opportunities to do better by them. We also launched & scaled a biz model that today, leverages a marketplace of hiring partners across India, to help workers not only discover jobs across sectors but also handhold them till they finally join employers of their choice.

Building on the insights and expertise developed during this period, we have launched our 'career builder marketplace' comprising of multiple technology platforms.

GoodWorker is expanding its jobs classified offering to more cities - bringing meaningful opportunities for employers and workers in the blue and grey collar sector. We are looking for Customer Success Associates who will be the face of the platform for our employers. You are a rockstar and extremely customer centric, who goes above and beyond to help your clients and ensure a good relationship with the company.

**What will you do?**
- Must be well versed with bookkeeping, basic invoice accounting and Employee reimbursements.
- Must have Knowledge in handling Receipts, Payments, and Bank reconciliation.
- Able to handle Statutory compliances especially TDS and GST.
- Must have knowledge in GSTR-2B reconciliation.
- Good Knowledge in Excel.
- Experience in Tally or any ERP Software.
- Ability to multitask.
- Experience and skill in prioritizing tasks.
