**Club House Executive Roles and Responsibilities**

1. Ensure Access Cards are issued to all residents.

2. Meet and Greet all residents and ensure proper hospitality is maintained and assist all residents for their needs / requirements related to club house

3. Ensure the cleaning of club house which includes - Gym, Mini theater, Sports Amenities, Rest Rooms, Party Halls, Bar Counter, Sauna, Jacuzzi etc

4. Maintenance of all club house requirements - like AC Units, Light Fixtures, Gym Equipment’s, Sports Equipment’s and Accessories

5. Maintenance of Swimming Pool

6. Responsible for Party Hall Booking / Events Tracking and Management

7. Coordinate and support for Club House Events - With Vendors and Residents

8. Responsible for Security Operations at clubhouse.

9. Key Management

10.Ensure Proper amenities like Electricity, Water and Cleaning Consumables are always available at Club House

11.Responsible for Ensure and implementation of the Safety Practices.

12.Library Books issuance and monitoring the library activities.

13.Responsible for Mini theatre booking and management.

14.Monitoring all games room activities and ensure the all game equipment’s are in good condition.

15.Ensure all gym equipment’s are working good condition all the time.

16.Mange the Residents recreation activities

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
