Godown Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the unloading, storage, and dispatch of goods in the godown.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for stock flow and timely dispatches.
- Monitor and ensure proper stacking, labeling, and storage of materials as per safety and quality standards.
- Oversee a team of warehouse staff and laborers, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the godown premises.
- Maintain records of inward/outward materials using manual registers or warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Report damage, theft, or loss of stock to relevant authorities promptly.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Optimize space utilization and suggest improvements in warehouse layout and processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
