We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tender Executive. As a Tender Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and securing tender opportunities for company across various governmental tender portals, including the GEM portal.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough research to identify and track potential tender opportunities on various governmental tender portals, including the GEM portal.
- Analyze tender documents to understand the requirements and specifications of the bidding process.
- Prepare and submit technically and commercially sound bids that meet the specific requirements of each tender.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and government agencies to ensure a smooth bidding process.
- Negotiate with clients to secure favorable contract terms.
- Manage and track all tender submissions and related documents.
- Prepare and maintain reports on tender activity and success rates.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in government procurement policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in tendering and bidding processes, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering industry.
- Proficient in using various governmental tender portals, including the GEM portal.
- Excellent understanding of tender documentation, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
