Spray Dryer

Operate the spray dryer and understand its underlying functions and parameters.
- Mix chemical batches, monitor, and sample according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Effectively operate controls from the Human Machine Interface (HMI) screen or panel.
- Maintain spray dryer logs and submit samples to the lab.
- Create documents related to spray dryer operations.
- Troubleshoot dryer processes and assist with routine maintenance.
- Understand and comply with quality regulations related to job responsibilities.
- Comply with good housekeeping and safety rules.
- Oversee clean-up of spray dryer panel room and the entire dryer system between products.
- Advise management when raw materials or components need to be ordered.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
