- **Provide post-purchase support**: Contact customers and answer questions
- **Create policies and procedures**: Oversee the implementation of policies and procedures for the customer care team
- **Conduct quality assurance surveys**: Get feedback from customers and share it with the staff
- **Ensure customer satisfaction**: Pay attention to detail to ensure interactions are accurate and customer issues are resolved
