**Job Summary**:
As a Site Supervisor at Buildx Interior Products, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of interior projects, ensuring that they meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget. You will manage on-site teams, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities on-site, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to project schedules.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Collaborate with project managers and designers to interpret project plans and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, and compliance with design standards.
- Address any on-site issues, conflicts, or delays promptly, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, including daily reports, labor hours, and material usage.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Train and mentor on-site staff to promote best practices in quality and safety.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding project status and any challenges encountered.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Volunteer

Pay: ₹11,299.67 - ₹30,940.78 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
