Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with directors, set designers, and production teams to understand the visual goals of a production or space.

Develop and present lighting concepts through drawings, lighting plots, and digital models.

Select appropriate lighting equipment and specify placement, intensity, color, and movement.

Program and operate lighting consoles or supervise technicians during setup and performances.

Conduct on-site visits for installations, focusing, and adjustments.

Ensure compliance with safety and technical standards.

Manage budgets and schedules related to lighting aspects of a project.

Maintain and update lighting equipment inventory (in permanent installations).

**Required Skills**:
Strong understanding of lighting technologies (e.g., LEDs, DMX, intelligent lighting systems).

Proficiency in lighting design software (e.g., Vectorworks,Dialux, AutoCAD, Lightwright, WYSIWYG, Capture).

Creative and artistic eye for design and mood.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Technical aptitude with rigging, electricity, and programming.

Problem-solving and time management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
