**Sales Executive**
- **His job involves meeting contractors, profiling them, identifying a set of contractors that can be adopted for -**:

- **training, professional grooming such that this contractor set becomes recommendable to consumers.**:

- **He must track and promote increased business engagement of contractors with Asian Paints.**:

- **He will be the single point of contact for all contractor queries, training, site evaluation or on-site technical**:

- **assistance, and any other relevant requirement.**:

- **Each RCA will report to the Focus Product Supervisor + Retail Supervisor in the region.**:

- **Profile, maintain and update records of all contractors in the territory / unit**:

- **Enroll adopted contractors for required set of training programs, evaluate their on-site**:

- **proficiency**:

- **Pitch new products and ensure new products training and product usage**:

- **Track and promote business engagement of adopted contractors with Asian Paints**:

- **Ensure the contractors meet mandatory requirements and upgrade in the tier hierarchy**:

- **Ensure site evaluation & on-site assistance for adopted contractors**:

- **Co-ordinate with TSO and other retail team members as and when required.**

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
