- **RESPONSIBILITIES**_
- _Your will be responsible for overseeing and managing the plant care team and reporting directly to the Sr. Manager - Plantcare of our company._
- _Hire and manage plant care manpower in future._
- _Create and maintain manpower performance trackers._
- _Supervise and train staff according to company standards in future._
- _Conduct site audits and delegate necessary tasks._
- _Oversee maintenance of all plant care sites to make sure each site is healthy and lush._
- _Create and maintain site performance trackers._
- _Keep account of plant care inventory (Stalk of materials and supply from factory.)_
- _Create AMC proposals for clients._
- _Build relationships with all AMC clients._
- _Conduct research on green wall plants for indoor and outdoor._
- _Conduct research on vertical plant systems._
- _Recommend usage of plants to the BD team._
- _Oversee the stalk and cultivation of plants at the company nursery._
- _Provide professional advice on the selection, ordering, planting and maintenance of plants._
- _Train and supervise subordinates in greenhouse operations and in the proper methods and techniques of vertical planting._
- **REQUIREMENTS**_
- _Exceptional labor manpower management skills_
- _Thorough knowledge of ornamental horticulture in all phases._
- _**Bachelor’s degree OR Diploma in HORTICULTURE.**_
- _**IDEALLY HAVING 2 WHEELER ( 2 wheeler allowance will be paid )**_
- _Good knowledge of _**English, Kannada / Hindi.**_
- _Experience at-least 6 MONTHS_
- _Enthusiastic FRESHERS can also be considered._

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
