Lioncrest Academy is an international school based in Seethamadhara, Visakhaptnam. We are looking to hire an IB trained primary school homeroom teacher for grades 1 and 2. The teacher will be assigned two homeroom classes of up to 15 students in each class and teach classes Monday through Friday.

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Develop curriculum and make weekly lesson plans, student reports and unit letters
- Teach English, Math, Science and Social Studies and Phonics
- Evaluate each student's academic performance and provide feedback
- Communicate with parents and discuss the progress of their child
- Be available to collaborate during important events at the school
- Create a stimulating classroom experience, and showcase good Christian values in the classroom
- Any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Academic Head/Principal

**Required**:

- Graduate/Post Graduate
- 2 years of teaching experience in CBSE/ICSE/IB Curriculum (preferable)
- Fun spirit and loves children
- A can-do spirit and spirit of excellence
- Competence in using Google suite products and Google drive
- Very strong communication skills in verbal and written English
- **Willing to travel 2 times each year for training at our Amalapuram campus**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Weekend availability
