**Sales Minimum 5 years (Real Estate Only)**

**Responsibilities**:

- 1. Budgeting and costing for the company in line with parameters laid down by the Management
- 2. Providing market-related inputs that assist/support decision making in Projects
- 3. Establishing matrix to analyze and track performance
- 4. Managing day to day relationships with strategic partners and clients, developing a deep understanding of their products and long-term business strategies
- 5. Preparation of routine reports (Financials, quality production, customer service, operational efficiency, market share, Client feedback and budgetary variance reports)
- 6. Conduct training within the department for the development of employee
- 7. Motivation of Sales & Marketing staff to ensure optimum outputs towards sales generation
- 8. Adherence to overall Sales targets
- 9. Succession planning and grooming subordinates/juniors for growth
- 10. Keeping track of market trends/developments and proposing commensurate strategy towards product profile and pricing
- 11. Ensuring adequate and quality collateral material at all times including website and other related modes
- 12. Proposing Advertising & Publicity strategies to the Management to develop and enhance business
- 13. Major account management & expansion
- 14. Interaction with IPCs, Brokers and Consultants
- 15. Account/ Relationship Management with Clients & Companies
- 16. Establish and maintain high standards of sales, as measured by
- Productivity based on Targets laid down by the Management
- 17. Making presentations to HNI clients with a view to enhance Brand image & revenues.

**Criteria-**
- Experience in **Real Estate background.**:

- Smart and proactive approach.
- **Minimum 5 years of experience in high-end project sales.**

**Salary**:
**25,000 - 42,000 INR per month, plus incentives.**
