**Job Description**:
Experience - 4 to 8 years

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions within Veeva Vault eTMF.

Develop and customize Veeva Vault eTMF configurations, workflows, and reports to align with clinical trial processes and business needs.

Implement custom features and functionalities using Veeva eTMF APIs and other development tools.

Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and reliability of the Veeva Vault eTMF system.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, system administrators, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth integration and efficient operations.

Perform data migrations, data transformations, and system upgrades within Veeva Vault eTMF.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design specifications, code documentation, and deployment guides.

Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Veeva Vault eTMF with other clinical trial systems and ensure data integrity and system interoperability.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users for Veeva Vault eTMF-related inquiries and issues.

**Primary Skills (Must have)**

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Veeva Vault eTMF development.

Proficiency in Veeva Vault eTMF configurations, workflows, and reports customization.

Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and requirements, including ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines.

Experience with Veeva eTMF APIs, Veeva Web Services, and integration methodologies (REST, SOAP, etc.).

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.

Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience with data migrations and system upgrades within Veeva Vault eTMF is a plus.

Veeva Vault eTMF certification is highly desirable.
