Job title : Internship - Operations

Stipend During Internship : 25,000 Per month

Location: Chennai
- Execute and oversee day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established protocols.
- Monitor and reconcile financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance with financial laws and standards.
- Implement and monitor risk management protocols to minimize operational and financial risks.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within the operations workflow.
- Collaborate with the technology team to implement automation solutions for repetitive tasks.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in fintech operations or financial services is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks and financial compliance.
