**Job Title: AGM Construction (Civil)**

**Job Location**:Cuttack, Orissa

**Qualification**: 15+ years of experience in B.E / B. Tech (Civil)

**Experience**:Minimum 15 years of experience in construction of building projects, and 5 years handled independently in Multi - storey buildings.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Sound knowledge and expertise in construction quality, health and safety standards.
- Excellent Planning, Communication and Coordination Skills.
- Excellent Presentation Skills.
- A team player with excellent leadership skills.
- Excellent Structural and Auto CAD Knowledge.

**Key responsibility areas**:

- Independently handling the project from initial project planning to hand over.
- Estimation and Preparation of BOQs (Bills of Quantities), Specifications, Analysis of Rates etc.
- Reporting to higher authority regarding day to day activities of projects.
- Manpower and Material management.
- Preparing work schedules.
- Managing subordinates in different jobs and getting the output.
- Preparation of Bills.
- Quality Assurance.
- Budget verification with work.
- Preparation of DPR, WPR, MPR, etc. before reporting authority.
- Planning of work progress.
- Cash flow as per the progress.

**Other Requirements**:

- Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project.
- Manage relationships between clients and stakeholders.
- Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Proven experience as construction project manager.
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
