We are looking for **Property Loan Verification Officer (Work from Office) **for one of our leading clients in **Nihal Vihar, Nangloi** Location.

Work **experience around 5 years**. All should have **experience in " Physical Verification at Customer Site " and " Verifying KYC "**

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Checking **property papers i.e. GPA notry papers/Sale Deed**:

- Customer personal discussion & understanding **loan repayment** capacity and intention, current obligations etc
- **Physical verification at customer site & verifying KYC** etc
- Reviewing **loan kit/paperwork** & disbursement of loan.
- Flexible and hardworking.
- Coordinating with **Legal Dept for property paper vetting**.
- Disciplined and ability to **work independently**.
- Strong leadership skill, should be able to lead a team.
