**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Residential/Commercial solar projects ke liye **leads ko handle karna aur deals close karna**.
- Customers ko solar system, pricing, subsidy aur benefits ke baare me explain karna.
- **Bank finance / loan processing** ke liye customers aur banks ke saath coordination.
- Site visit, customer follow-up aur documentation maintain karna.

**Eligibility & Requirements**:

- Minimum **1-2 saal ka sales experience** preferred (Solar/Field Sales experience advantage).
- **Bike hona mandatory** (field work ke liye).
- Good communication aur convincing skills.
- Solar sales, bank finance aur net metering process ka basic knowledge (**training di jayegi har** **ek topic ki**).
