**Qualifications**:

- An engineering background is recommended to comprehend technical details effectively.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with a proven ability to extract insights _from_ data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in research methodologies and tools, including databases, surveys, and data analysis software.
