**_ Summary:_**:

- The role of Supply Chain Executive will be to manage all logistics activities in the area for stores. The scope includes warehousing, transportation of raw materials (RM) & packing materials (PM ). The key objective of this role is to ensure efficient operations, cost effective solutions and high customer service standards are met through seamless supply chain management.**_Responsibilities:_**
- _Ensure compliance with safety, quality & environment regulations across all sites within the region_
- _Implement best practices on people, process & technology fronts at store locations_
- _Drive operational efficiencies by adopting standard operating procedures, ensuring right manpower levels & implementing systems/tools to improve performance_
- _Manage day-to-day operations of multiple stores with focus on delivering exceptional customer service while optimizing costs_
- _Lead cross functional projects aimed at improving supply chain efficiency & reduce inventory holding costs_
- _Work closely with manufacturing team & buyers to develop plans which drive sales growth without compromising on profitability due to excessive discounts or freight costs etc_
- _Plan & execute periodic meetings with senior leadership teams from both areas to review progress & align strategies_
- _Negotiate rates for various service related activities and timely completion of agreements _
- _Handle periodic stock audits and documentations_
- Qualifications:_
- _Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG industry with exposure to end-to-end supply chain management including warehousing, transportation_
- _Bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering preferred_
- _Proven ability to lead large teams spread over diverse geographies_
- _Excellent communication skills with fluency in English& Hindi language required; additional languages would be advantageous_
- _Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail & proven problem solving capabilities_
