Preferred Specialisation: Human Resources/Psychology/OB/OD

**Required Experience**

4+ Years of Experience in HR or related fields

**Remuneration**

On Project Basis

**Role and Responsibilities***
- Timely and Accurate assessments of clients submissions and evaluation
- Understand the process of evaluating practices and get certified for the same
- Read through submissions shared by the client, analyse as per the framework, and come up with questions if required
- Conduct clarifying calls with clients wherever required
- Finalising scoring and defining rationale for the same
- Support the completion of analysis with suitable recommendations
