Job Title: E-Commerce Operations

Location: Surat

Department: Sales Support / Back Office Operations

Job Purpose:
The Sales Support Executive will provide comprehensive support to the sales team through live chat,

handling customer inquiries, facilitating communication, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role

the smooth functioning of sales operations and will act as a liaison between customers and internal

teams to support the overall E-commerce Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support (Chat):

- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and courteous

communication in English.

2. Sales Process Support:

- Provide detailed and accurate product information to clients.

3. Data Management:

- Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness within the

CRM system.
- Track interactions and transactions for reporting purposes.

4. Order Processing:

- Assist in processing sales orders and coordinating with relevant internal departments

for smooth and efficient delivery.
- Monitor order statuses and provide regular updates to customers.

5. Issue Resolution:

- Handle basic customer complaints or escalate issues to the sales team or technical

support as necessary.
- Ensure all issues are resolved in a prompt and professional manner.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare regular reports on sales activity, customer engagement, and other metrics

for management review.
- Contribute insights and feedback to improve sales support processes.

7. Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for improving chat support processes to enhance efficiency

and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in a sales support within the IT or technology

sector.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Language Proficiency:
Fluency in English (mandatory) - both written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and strong

knowledge of AI Tools, Language convertor and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Communication Skills:
Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to articulate responses clearly and

professionally.
- Multitasking & Time Management:
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while

maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Customer Service Orientation:
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on providing solutions that enhance customer

satisfaction.

Work Environment:

- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
- Comfortable with remote communication and collaboration with global teams.
- It is full time office work (offline)
