Ability to read, understand and explain drawings
- Measure and value the work done on site, prepare client bills, co-ordinate with client’s representative and verify bills.
- Preparation of sub-contractors bills on weekly basis.
- Liaison with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.
- Prepare budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
- Prepare Bar Bending Schedule.

Qualification**:B-Tech/ B.E** **Graduate in Civil Engineering** with adequate computer knowledge. Willingness to Work in Sites for Bill preparations.

**Experience**: Not less than **Two Years** as **Quantity Surveyor in Building Construction**

**Job Location: All over Kerala**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
