As Senior SEO & Content Strategist at MioSalon, you will be essential in boosting organic traffic and enhancing search engine visibility for our SaaS product. Utilizing your deep knowledge of search engine optimization and digital marketing, you'll design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to elevate brand awareness, attract qualified leads, and expand our customer base. Your role will merge technical SEO expertise with content marketing skills, focusing on optimizing content to improve organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic. This position involves a combination of technical SEO, content strategy, and data analysis to ensure effective online marketing and sustainable brand growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings, website traffic, and conversion rates.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of SEO efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to continuously refine and enhance our SEO strategies.
- Conduct market research and audience analysis that aligns with the company's objectives to inform content creation.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Ubersuggest, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Drive initiatives to enhance on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building efforts, optimizing website structure and content for maximum visibility and engagement.
- Provide regular reporting and performance updates to stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of SEO efforts on key business metrics.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the SEO team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in SEO strategy development and implementation, preferably in a SaaS or technology-focused environment.
- Proven track record of driving organic search growth and improving search engine rankings for high-traffic websites.
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.,
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for staying at the forefront of SEO trends and innovations.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and marketing tools
